Celeste Ortiz

Celeste Ortiz currently serves on the Member Board of Directors at SCAN Health Plan and BeautyHealth as Chief Human Resources Officer since July 2023. Prior roles include serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Ideal Image from December 2021 to July 2023 and as Chief People Officer at Crossover Health from January 2018 to March 2023. Celeste also held the position of Group Vice President Human Resources for Medtronic Diabetes from July 2007 to January 2018 and was World Wide HR Director at Johnson & Johnson from 2005 to 2007. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Director at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals from 1999 to 2005. Celeste holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
