Janelle Johnson Howe

Janelle Johnson Howe has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Janelle started their career at WellPoint, now known as Anthem, in 1999 as a Director of Product Development. Janelle held this role for almost nine years before moving on to Health Management Corporation, a division of Anthem/WellPoint, where they served as the Director of Product Development. In 2008, they joined HealthCare Partners as the Senior Director of Disease Management, focusing on population strategies to improve the health of patients with chronic conditions. Janelle spent ten years in this role before transitioning to SCAN Health Plan in 2018, where they initially served as the Director of Clinical Care. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Clinical Operations.

Janelle Johnson Howe completed a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Health and Wellness from North Dakota State University from 1983 to 1987. Janelle also attended the University of Iowa from 1987 to 1988, where they pursued a Dietetic Program in the field of Dietetics/Dietitian.
