Jason Cai, FSA, MAAA, currently serves as Manager of Actuarial Services at SCAN since November 2023. Previously, Jason worked as Actuarial Senior Advisor at Express Scripts from January 2023 to November 2023, providing pharmacy analytics and actuarial analyses for Part D clients and reviewing CMS regulatory changes. Between November 2020 and December 2022, Jason was an Actuary at Milliman, focusing on Medicare Advantage and Part D bid development, profitability analytics, and market insights. Prior roles include Actuary at Benefits Science Technologies and Associate Actuary at Highmark Inc., where financial planning and analysis for the Large Group market were conducted. Earlier experience also includes actuarial consulting at Aon and developing Medicare Advantage bids at Milliman. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
