Ngoc-Tram Tran

Ngoc-Tram Tran is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at SCAN since March 2022, Ngoc-Tram previously held positions at CalOptima as a Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney from August 2013 to February 2022. Prior to that, Ngoc-Tram worked as an Associate Attorney at Woodruff Spradlin & Smart and McCormick Kidman & Behrens from July 2010 to August 2013 and February 2007 to July 2010, respectively. Ngoc-Tram earned a Law degree from the University of California, Davis - School of Law between 2002 and 2005.
