Renee Delphin-Rodriguez has extensive experience in corporate law. Renee most recently served as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at SCAN. Prior to this, they worked at Crowell & Moring LLP as a Partner from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they were the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at SynerMed from 2015 to 2018. Renee also held the position of Assistant General Counsel at DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. from 2013 to 2015, where they played a key role in supporting the Business Development Team and ensuring regulatory compliance. Renee began their legal career as a Corporate Associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP from 2010 to 2013, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from 2007 to 2010. Renee also gained experience as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Milan D. Smith, Jr. at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2006-2007.
Renee Delphin-Rodriguez received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History from Yale University in 2001.
