Rob Tays

Rob Tays has had extensive experience in various compensation and rewards roles throughout their career. Rob is currently working at SCAN Health Plan as the Director of Executive and Employee Compensation. Prior to this, they worked at Global Eagle as the Global Director of Compensation and Benefits, and at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC as the Vice President of Compensation. Rob has also held senior positions at The Walt Disney Company, Mars, Sara Lee, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, among others. Overall, Rob Tays has a strong background in managing compensation and rewards programs in the corporate sector.

Rob Tays obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. Rob then pursued higher education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at Pepperdine University from 2003 to 2006.
