Tobby Lee

Tobby Lee has had a consistent career in the field of programming and web development. Tobby began their professional journey as a Web Developer at Network Medical Management in 2003. After a year, they transitioned to SCAN Health Plan as a Programmer Analyst Senior in 2004. Tobby continued to work at SCAN Health Plan and eventually became a Programmer Analyst Lead in 2016.

Tobby Lee holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
