Elise Smith

Elise Smith has over 10 years of experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Elise began their career as an EMT at the Santa Barbara County Fire Department in 2011 and later worked as a Medical Assistant at Sansum Clinic from 2012 to 2013. Elise then served as a Substitute Teacher at the Redlands Unified School District from 2013 to 2014. Elise gained further experience as a Medical Receptionist at Brighton Laser and Surgery in 2014. Elise then transitioned to a Program Manager role at COPE Health Solutions, where they worked from 2015 to 2019. Elise later became a Regional Manager at the same company from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Elise joined 24 Hour Home Care as a Program Manager and was promoted to Program Manager II in 2021. Elise also held various roles at Strive Health, starting as an Associate Product Manager in 2021, then becoming a Product Manager from 2022 to 2023, and finally serving as a Senior Product Manager from 2023. Currently, Elise is working as a Project Principal in Clinical Operations at SCAN.

Elise Smith holds a Master's Degree in Global Medicine from the University of Southern California, which they completed from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Literature from UC Santa Barbara, where they attended from 2008 to 2012.
