Didier Frantz

Didier Frantz has over 25 years of experience in the technology and finance industries. From 1994 to 2001, they worked as an Inspector at Societe Generale, where they were responsible for audit and internal consulting for the General Management, as well as consulting for Private banking, Asset management, Investment and Retail banking. Didier also had assignments in France, UK, Netherlands, Germany and Indonesia.

In 2001, they co-founded Scanbuy, where they served as COO and CFO. Theirresponsibilities included overseeing the company's development team and product management, as well as business development towards selected handset manufacturers and OEMs and mobile carriers. Didier was also responsible for company operations including HR and finance through 3 financing rounds.

In 2007, they became Executive Director of Scanbuy China Ltd, where they were responsible for setting up and developing Scanbuy operations in China. Didier also managed a team of 15 staff, primarily engineers, and was responsible for local operations such as incorporation, payroll, and accounting.

From 2008 to 2009, they were CFO and Advisor at Third Solutions, Inc., where they designed a business plan, business model, and financials for Series A financing that was closed mid-2010. Didier also provided strategic consulting, including hires, partnerships, and sales strategy development.

From 2009 to 2015, they were CEO and Founder of Respotted | Xigua Mobile, Inc., where they were responsible for the conception, development, and promotion of a localized content curating service. Didier also launched a real-time crowd-sourced geolocalized entertainment news service (Smarp) and developed mobile games and locations based services applications.

Most recently, from 2015 to present, they have been VP Product & Innovation at Scanbuy, where their responsibilities include product and project management, as well as new services development.

Didier Frantz completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from HEC Paris in 1993, and a DESS in Strategy and Organization from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 1992.
