Sylvia Otuo-Acheampong

Sylvia Otuo-Acheampong currently serves as the Chief Products & Services Officer at MobileMoney LTD and MTN Ghana since January 2021. Prior to this role, Sylvia held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at MTN Eswatini from January 2018 to January 2021, and served as Consumer Operations Consultant (GM) at MTN Swaziland between August 2016 and December 2017. Earlier in the career, Sylvia was the Head of Products & Services at Scancom Ltd (MTN Ghana) from May 2008 to 2016. Educational qualifications include an MPhil in Evidence Based Management from GIBS Business School (2021-2023) and an MPhil in Corporate Strategy from GIBS Business School (2019-2021), in addition to an Executive Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Ghana (2005-2007) and a degree in Social Science (English & History) from the University of Science and Technology Ghana (1995-1998).
