Gustav Breine

Gustav Breine has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Gustav started their career at Spray as a Project Manager in 2000 and later joined Astra Zeneca as a System Manager in 2002. At Astra Zeneca, they also served as an Application/Service Manager for a Document Management Service from 2004 to 2007. Gustav then joined BiTA Service Management in 2007, where they worked as a Regional Manager/Consultant Coach/Management Consultant until 2012. Since 2012, Gustav has been working at Scandic Hotels in various roles, including Manager Application Management (acting), Manager IT Portfolio & Process, Director IT PMO & Governance, Director IT Governance, Director IT Governance & Information Security, and currently as the Head of Information Security.

Gustav Breine obtained a M.Sc. in Maskinteknik (Mechanical Engineering) from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1993 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their high school education in Teknikvetenskap (Technical Sciences) at Åva Gymnasium in Täby from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Gustav has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" from FranklinCovey in 2016, "Scrum Master" from Scrum Alliance in 2015, "pm3" from På AB in 2012, "Situationsanpassat ledarskap" from Konsulthuset in 2011, "ITIL Expert in IT Service Management" from EXIN in 2010, "Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management" from EXIN in 2008, and "GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)" from AstraZeneca in 2002.
