Martina Ekbom

Martina Ekbom has a strong background in learning and development, with their most recent role being the Head of Learning and Development at Scandic Hotels starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Learning & HR Tech Consultant at Andpartners Nordic AB from November 2022 to September 2023. Martina also has extensive experience at H&M, where they held various roles including Learning Lead - Business Tech, Business Expert - Global HR Tech, Business Solution Coordinator L&D - Global HR, Business Analyst Global HR, and Requirement Analyst. Martina also has experience as a Usability Architect at Logica and Scania Group, and as an Interaction designer at SEB. Martina began their career as a Usability Specialist and Project Manager at PC PAL.

Martina Ekbom obtained their Master's degree in Behavioural Science and Informatics from Umeå University, graduating in 2002. In the following year, they pursued further education at Université Paris-Sorbonne where they obtained a Diploma in French Language and Social Science in 2003.
