Niklas Grennard is an experienced digital and product leader currently serving as the Head of Product & Digital Experience at Scandic Hotels since August 2024, responsible for overseeing customer experience across global digital channels. Previously, Niklas held the position of Chief Product & Technology Officer at Beleco, where the focus was on enhancing the customer experience and developing platforms and services. Prior experience includes serving as Group Head of Digital at Bonava, managing digital product teams for customer-facing channels across nine markets, and as Digital Strategy Manager at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, where strategic transformation efforts were directed towards an integrated digital customer experience. Additionally, Niklas co-founded Gårdsbudet, a foodtech startup specializing in farm-to-table services. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in International Marketing from Dublin Business School and a Diploma in IT Project Management and Marketing from IHM Business School.
