Hale Foote

Hale Foote is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and legal practice. Serving as President of Scandic Springs, Inc. since 1991, Hale has overseen Northern California's largest spring and stamping company, recognized for its commitment to workforce development and sustainable manufacturing. Prior to this role, Hale practiced as an attorney at Thompson Hine LLP from 1985 to 1991, specializing in commercial litigation and federal law. Hale holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University, with additional academic experience at the University of Kent.
