Jasmine has a background in business management and makeup artistry, with experience in employee retention and product development within the beauty industry. Jasmine is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree while working as a Product Development Manager at Scandinavian Biolabs, where Jasmine oversees NPD design, product strategy formulation, and supply chain management. Prior to this role, Jasmine has worked as a Makeup Artist at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and participated in the L’Oréal Benelux Program, gaining insights into digitalization and beautytech strategy. Jasmine also has experience as a Retention Specialist at Red Energy, where Jasmine developed employee retention strategies.
