Nicklas Dupont Anchersen

Nicklas Dupont Anchersen has worked in a variety of roles in the telecommunications industry since 2013. Nicklas Dupont's most recent role is as Head of Retention at Scandinavian Biolabs, a position they began in 2022. Prior to this, they were Commercial Manager at Nuuday, a Danish telco provider, from 2018-2022. During their time there, they improved sales and retention by optimizing processes, creating cross-functional teams, implementing new products, and executing campaigns. Nicklas Dupont also increased MRR by 7 million DKK, increased intake MRR by 3%, achieved the lowest churn rate since the merger, increased online sales by 30%, reduced plastic usage in product by 50%, and initiated new business opportunities. In 2013, they were a Marketing Executive at Texas Instruments, where they managed online marketing activities, concept development, and sales campaigns, and reached the yearly conversion target in one quarter, created a game with developers in Canada to increase sample orders, and introduced a concept to become best in region, adopted by Asia HQ. Nicklas Dupont also had an internship at WCRS, a creative agency, where they were introduced to account management and creative work.

Nicklas Dupont Anchersen has a diverse educational background. Nicklas Dupont obtained an International Baccalaureate from the Leipzig International School in 2011. Nicklas Dupont then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Leicester Castle Business School between 2011 and 2015. In 2020, they completed an Elective in Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School. Nicklas Dupont is currently in the process of obtaining a Master of Science in Business Psychology from Heriot-Watt University. Nicklas Dupont has also obtained an IB Diploma from International Baccalaureate in 2011, as well as an Agile Solution Design certification from Implement Consulting Group.
