Vesa Weiste is currently the Director of Global Quality at Scanfil plc since October 2024. Weiste has extensive experience in strategic and financial planning, holding part-time roles as a partner and board member at Estvest Property Holding Oü and Finlay Technologies Oy. Previous positions include Director of Strategy Deployment & Portfolio Management at KONE, where responsibilities included leading strategy execution and digitalization initiatives, and Director of Quality & Environment, managing the Quality & Environment organization across 21 countries. Weiste also held leadership roles at Telia and Nokia, focusing on business development, R&D management, and program oversight. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Aalto University and an eMBA in Strategy & Venturing from Teknillinen korkeakoulu.
