Dr. Yolandi Menton

Dr. Yolandi Menton is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Global Technology and Data at Scania Group since June 2023, with previous roles including Chief Product Owner and Head of Global Enabling Technologies. Dr. Menton is the Director of Menton Consulting Ltd. since February 2015. Additional recent experience includes the position of Lead Consultant for HRIT Transformation at BBC from March 2023 to June 2023, and Consulting Director for HR Transformation at IHS Towers from July 2022 to January 2023. Prior to these roles, Dr. Menton held senior positions at TUI, ExxonMobil, ShowMe Online Media™, Danone Waters, and Ealing Council (London Borough of Ealing). Dr. Menton's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Business and Human Resources Transformation from Swiss School of Business Research, an MBA from The Open University Business School, and a BSc (Hons) in Clinical Psychology from the University of West London.
