Kolitha Perera

Kolitha Perera is a Senior Software Engineering Consultant at Scania Group since February 2023, focusing on order management and guiding the transition from legacy systems to a serverless architecture using AWS technologies. Previously, Kolitha served as a Senior Architect at Persistent Systems, working on an integration platform driven by Kafka for Operative Media, and as a Technical Architect at 99x, where a web-based healthcare application was developed utilizing AWS Lambda and Node. Additionally, experiences include roles as a Technical Specialist at Pearson, Senior Technical Lead at Zone24x7, and Associate Technical Lead at CAKE POS, contributing to various projects involving web-based solutions and order processing systems. Kolitha began the professional journey as a Software Engineer at Virtusa after obtaining a B.Sc. in Physical Science from the University of Colombo.
