Laurent Lemire

Laurent Lemire possesses over 23 years of experience in engineering and management within the automotive industry, predominantly at Scania Group. As the Head of Industrial Engineering and Lean Office, Laurent is integral to the Site Management Team for the Trucks Final Assembly Unit, overseeing 70 employees and five managers. Previous roles include leadership positions in Lean Office, Production, and Logistics, demonstrating a strong focus on continuous improvement, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization. Laurent's expertise spans leading teams, managing complex logistical processes, and driving kaizen initiatives across assembly and machining plants in Europe. Laurent holds a degree in Ingénieur Généraliste from EIGSI and has previous experience as a Process Engineer Trainee at Ford Motor Company.
