Montserrat Arnaiz

Montserrat Arnaiz has extensive experience in human resources, currently holding the position of Global People & Culture Area Manager at Scania Group since May 2018. Previous roles include Human Resources Project Coordinator and Global Mobility Coordinator at Scania Group. Prior to this, Montserrat worked as an HR Business Partner at CR Bard and as a Human Resources Generalist at Red Bull. Early career experience includes positions at Citi as Global Mobility and Equity Coordinator and Human Resources Analyst, as well as a Counseling Intern at Fundación Origen. Montserrat's educational background includes a Master of Science in Psychology from Lund University, a Master's degree in Systemic Family Psychotherapy from Universidad del Valle de México, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac, complemented by an exchange program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
