Nicklas Engman

Nicklas Engman is an experienced logistics and operations leader currently serving as Gruppchef Logistik for Motortillverkning at Scania Group since March 2022, alongside a role as People & Culture Business Partner. Prior to this, Nicklas held various managerial positions at MTR Nordic Group from October 2016 to March 2022, including Chef Driftledning Trafik and Chef Driftledning Personal, where responsibilities included operational management and service quality in public transport. Previous experience includes roles at Trafikförvaltningen, MTR Tunnelbanan, and Sabis AB, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, staff development, and customer relations. Nicklas holds a degree in industrial economy from Handelshögskolan Göteborg and additional education in business and management.
