Pete Manautou has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. Pete began their career in 1999 as a Mechanical Design Engineer at DaimlerChrysler in the Rail Systems Division. In 2000, they moved to KLA-Tencor as a Product Marketing Manager. In 2006, they joined ESI as a Product Marketing Manager in the Microelectronics Group. Pete then moved to Nanometrics in 2008 as a Senior Product Manager, and then to Tyco Electronics as a Product Manager for Handheld and Mobile Touch Technologies. In 2010, they joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as the Global Account Manager and Apple Business Unit Manager. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of Scanit Technologies, Inc., a company dedicated to improving quality of life from the air we breathe to the food we eat.
Pete Manautou attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1994 to 1999, where they studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Management.
