Phil Jotham is an experienced software development leader with a strong background in managing technical teams and driving process improvements. Currently serving as Director of Software Development at ScanmarQED since October 2017, Phil oversees day-to-day operations for the UK development team and emphasizes continual enhancement of team effectiveness. Prior roles include Development Team Leader at JHC and Senior Analyst/Programmer at JHC LLP, as well as Development Manager at Real Asset Management. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Accounting from De Montfort University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
