Tomas Bovin

Tomas Bovin has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as the owner and senior consultant at Tomehawk Consulting AB in 2018. In the same year, they also served as the Interim Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer at Scanreco. Their next position was as an IT project manager at Vattenfall, where they focused on architecture, infrastructure, and cloud projects from 2019 to 2023. Prior to this, Tomas held various leadership positions at Stockholms Läns Landsting, including Department Manager for IT Workplace and Support, Business Strategist and Program Manager, and Customer and IT Services Manager. Tomas also had a position as a Region Manager at Strand Interconnect AB and as the Head of Sales at Tromb Internet Solutions AB. Earlier in their career, they served as a Business Area Manager at Mindcom and as a Team Manager at Brainpool AB. Throughout their career, Tomas has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in IT consultancy, project management, and sales.

Tomas Bovin has a diverse education history. Tomas started their academic journey by attending KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Master's degree (MSc) in Computer Science. Following this, they enrolled at Stockholm University in 1992 and completed a one-year program, earning 40 credits in Mathematics and Computer Science. Tomas then pursued further education in 2018 at Chalmers University of Technology, specializing in Fartygsbefäl klass VIII (Vessel Officer Class VIII).

In addition to their formal education, Tomas Bovin obtained a certification in "Rätt fokus i styrelsearbetet" from StyrelseAkademien in May 2019.
