Jonny Hansen

Jonny Hansen is the current Chief Operating Officer at Scanship. Jonny has held this position since December 2008. Prior to that, they were a Corporate Executive at Scanship, where they were responsible for strategic work against the customer base and development of new project leads. Jonny also oversaw sales following developed leads, and negotiated contracts with customers and vendors at the corporate level. Hansen also assisted the company attorneys in legal matters and disputes.

From May 2013 to August 2015, Hansen served as the COO of VisSim AS. In this role, they were in charge of all operational functions involved in the delivery of contracts, including the project department, engineering, supply chain, service and support. Their primary focus was to improve delivery efficiency through the organization, which included better utilization of the ERP system and streamlining the value chain.

Hansen has also worked as a Business Consultant for Exproco Ltd from October 2012 to April 2013, and as the Chief Operating Officer for Scanship Environmental AS from September 2007 to November 2008. Jonny has also served as the General Manager for Acorn Marine Inc from June 2002 to April 2006, and as the Project Department Manager for Heien Larssen AS from September 1994 to April 2002.

Jonny Hansen has completed a mini MBA in Business Administration and Management from Probana Business School, an Engineer's degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Drammen Tekniske Fagskole, and Electrical Basics and VK1 from Oscarsborg Vgs.

Jonny Hansen reports to Henrik Badin, Chief Executive Officer . They are on a team with Erik Magelssen - Chief Financial Officer , Henning Mohn - Chief Technical Officer , and Asgeir Wien - Chief Development Officer .
