Stephen Worley

Stephen Worley, CPIM, has extensive experience in supply chain and purchasing roles. Stephen is currently serving as the Sr Director of Supply Chain at ScanSource, where they are responsible for planning, forecasting, procurement, supplier, and inventory management for the Payments line of business. Prior to ScanSource, Stephen worked as the Director of Supply Chain - Logistics at SpartanNash, where they oversaw the distribution of grocery products to various retail outlets. Stephen also served as the Director of Purchasing at Blackbaud Inc., a global software provider, and at Heartland Food Products Group, a leader in beverage enhancers and sweetener products. Stephen has also held supply chain planning and management positions at Ingram Micro Mobility (Formerly BrightPoint) and Brightpoint, where they implemented various inventory management strategies and improved forecasting processes. Stephen'searly experience includes a role as a Commodity Manager at Ferguson Enterprises Integrated Division. Overall, Stephen has a track record of optimizing supply chains, implementing best practices, and achieving cost savings.

Stephen Worley, CPIM, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Hanover College, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing it between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, Stephen obtained the CPIM certification from APICS in 2008.
