Ryan Neely is currently the Software Support Manager at Scantek, Inc. Prior to their current position, they worked for Contour Data Solutions from March 2014 to March 2021 as the IT Operations Supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all tickets and making sure they were filled out correctly, updated, and closed within the Service Level Agreements. Ryan also managed the Patching Software for all clients, which included but was not limited to initial patching setup in the system and working with Account Managers and clients to set up their rotations. Ryan set up automatic Patch Approvals for monthly patching and created all new Projects while making sure existing Projects were closed on time and efficiently. Additionally, they trained all new hires Nationally and Internationally in all aspects of IT Operations. Some of their notable accomplishments include saving the company time and money for training tech team in India and developing Training Documents to provide a smooth transition for new hires. Ryan is experienced with Salesforce, Manage Engine, Zoho, and Service Now ticket systems. Lastly, they created Visio Rack Diagrams for all clients which saved the company precious time when troubleshooting client issues.
