Malisa Magana

Malisa Magana possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles at Scantibodies Laboratory, Inc. since April 2015, including Human Resources Manager, Supervisor, and Generalist, where responsibilities included designing and implementing employment policies and advising management on policy interpretation. Prior to this, Malisa served as the Human Resources Payroll & Records Manager at San Diego Youth Services from March 2014 to April 2015, managing personnel records and the pre-employment screening process, conducting orientation, and processing payroll. From November 2003 to July 2013, Malisa was the Associate Human Resources Manager at The Denver Foundation, overseeing compensation and employee benefits programs, leading recruitment and talent management initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Education was obtained at UC San Diego.
