Aditya Maheshwari, Ph.D.

Aditya Maheshwari, Ph.D. has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2021, they began working as Manager Fabless Operations for Scantinel Photonics, where they are responsible for implementing and ensuring the manufacturing processes for a complex opto-electronic sensor product in co-operation with manufacturing partners, driving industrialization of photonic packaging, interconnect and module assembly processes, and ensuring manufacturing capability according to customer quality and certification requirements. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as Project/Account Manager for NGK Europe GmbH, where they were the face of the company for customers, responsible for all technical discussions about the product from the kick-off until end of production, and created and led a team including people from commercial, engineering, QA, logistics, supply chain and product management departments. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at the University of M\u00fcnster, where they were a Postdoc Researcher and Research Assistant. As a Postdoc Researcher, they led international student teams during their internships, initiated and developed several new analytical techniques for ionic conductors (solid-state), and developed and worked on ideas for new project grants. As a Research Assistant, they designed and planned BSc and MSc thesis projects, supervised student teams to reach the project goals in given time limit, and delivered lectures and prepared/provided the study material to support them with their projects.

Aditya Maheshwari, Ph.D. obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Solid State Chemistry from the University of Münster in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi in 2011. Aditya also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Physics (Solid State Physics) from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule (MJP) Rohilkhand University, which they received in 2009. Aditya's educational background is completed by a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule (MJP) Rohilkhand University, which they obtained in 2007. Additionally, they have obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training and PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner from PeopleCert in October 2019.
