Kirpal Bisht

Kirpal Bisht has a strong background in business management and sales. Kirpal began their career as a Senior Sales Executive at BASF Coating India Ltd in 2001 and worked there until 2007. Kirpal then joined 3M India Limited as a Key Accounts Manager from 2007 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been working at Scapa as the Business Head for India and Asia Business Manager - Automotive. In this role, they have been responsible for various aspects including sales, marketing, product management, and R&D. Kirpal has achieved notable accomplishments such as establishing a PVC coating line for automotive and electrical insulation markets, setting up a surgical masks line during the Covid-19 pandemic, and aligning the business strategy with global OEMs and customers. Kirpal Bisht has received recognition for their entrepreneurial skills, being awarded the Scapa Global CEO Award for Entrepreneurship in FY19.

Kirpal Bisht completed their Intermediate education in Commerce at L B S School from 1987 to 1992. They then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree at Delhi University from 1992 to 1995. Following this, Kirpal went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Sales and Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies from 1998 to 2001.
