Robert E. Levy

Chair of the firm’s Litigation Group, Robert Levy’s practice includes jury and non-jury trial preparation and trials with emphasis upon complex civil and criminal matters including Labor and Employment Defense, Commercial and Corporate Litigation, Criminal Litigation and Civil Rights Litigation.

Mr. Levy provides representation for corporate, individual and public clients. He consults with clients during initial stages of contract and business relationships in order to anticipate issues and remedies with a view toward avoiding future litigation. Mr. Levy has appeared in various federal and state courts nationwide.
