Bianca Gaede has over 18 years of work experience. Bianca began their career in 2002 as a Specialist at eBay Inc. In 2010, they moved to astramedia Deutschland as a Complaint Manager. Bianca then joined 9flats.com in 2011 as Head of Customer Service. In 2014, they moved to Scarosso GmbH as Head of Customer Service, where they are currently employed.
