Henrik Falk Aas has over 16 years of experience in risk management, energy portfolio management, and middle office operations in various international organizations. Henrik Falk has held leadership roles in companies such as Scatec ASA, Statkraft, Hydro Oil & Energy, and Washington Mutual. Henrik has successfully managed global energy portfolios, implemented risk methodologies, and led teams across different continents. Their expertise includes optimizing revenue forecasting, originating PPAs, and improving core system backbones for middle office operations.

Henrik Falk Aas completed a BS degree in Finance from Pacific Lutheran University in 2002. In 2008-2009, they obtained a Commodity Analyst Certification in Commodities from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). In 2020, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance®.
