Line Askeland

Line Askeland has accumulated a wealth of experience in various HR and leadership roles throughout their career. Starting as a Key Account Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in 1995, they later transitioned to roles such as Partner Services Development Manager at Cisco Systems, Executive Coach and Mentor at Inspiration & Awareness Coaching Ltd, and Group Director at Mercuri Urval Norway. Their most recent positions include Partner at BackerSkeie Executive Search and their current role as HR Director at Scatec ASA, where they have held various senior HR positions since joining in 2021. Throughout their career, Line has demonstrated expertise in HR, leadership development, organizational design, and executive coaching.

Line Askeland completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at BI Norwegian Business School from 1997 to 2016. Line also pursued a Certified ORSC Coach degree in Organizational Relationship System Coaching at ORSC from 2010 to 2012 and gained hours in Co-Active Coaching at CTI in 2009-2010. Prior to these, Line completed their high school education in Business Economy at Oslo Handelsgymnasium from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, Line holds certifications such as MAP and Matrigma certified from Assessit in 2019, MUPI certified from Mercuri Urval in 2016, TMP Team Management Profile Certified from TMSI International in 2013, and ORCSS Certified Coach ICF accredited from CRR in 2012.
