Roar Haugland

Roar Haugland has a vast experience in various companies, currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Scatec ASA. Their responsibilities include overseeing departments such as People, Sustainability, and Digitalization. Prior to this role, Roar was the Vice President of Business Development at Scatec Innovation AS. With a Master of Science degree in Material Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Haugland has also held significant positions at HP and IBM.
