Terje Melaa

Terje Melaa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Terje started as a Senior Research Scientist at ABB Corporate Research in 1990, focusing on energy conversion systems. Moving to Telenor in 1996, they served as a Senior Project Manager, leading product development and business process improvement projects. At Accenture from 1998 to 2003, they worked as a Senior Manager, specializing in project management within Communication and High-tech sectors. From 2003 to 2017, they were the Operational Director at Eltek AS, overseeing supply chain operations and business expansion. In 2017, they joined Scatec Solar as the SVP Engineering and Technology.

Terje Melaa obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 1990. In 1994, they completed a degree in Business Administration from Norges Handelshøyskole Kursvirksomhet. In 1998, they also studied Project Administration and Business Process Management at BI Norwegian Business School. Terje also holds a Six Sigma black belt certification from Aksena.
