Terje Pilskog

Terje Pilskog is the EVP of Project Development and Project Finance at Scatec Solar. Terje has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on solar and renewable energy.

Terje started their career as a consultant with Accenture in 1995. Terje then moved to McKinsey & Company in 1997, where they worked as an Associate Principle for 8 years. In 2005, Terje joined REC, a solar panel manufacturer, as their SVP of Systems and Business Development. Terje was with REC for 7 years before joining Scatec Solar in 2013.

At Scatec Solar, Terje has been instrumental in developing and financing large-scale solar projects around the world. Under their leadership, Scatec Solar has become one of the leading developers of utility-scale solar plants.

Terje Pilskog graduated from BI Norwegian Business School.

They work with Torstein Berntsen - EVP Power Production, Roar Haugland - EVP Sustainable Business & HSSE, and Toril Haaland - EVP People & Organisation. Terje Pilskog reports to Raymond Carlsen, Chief Executive Officer.
