Sukit Meeprasertsagool has worked in the data science field since 2021. In 2021, they joined WEDO as a Research and Development Engineer - Data Science, where they developed an algorithm to detect elderly fall situations based on accelerometer signals from open-sourced datasets. Sukit also explored and extracted signal features to predict fall situations with Tree-based models and conducted experiments on mockup prototypes to determine the feasibility of the algorithm. Additionally, they were a WEDO young talent, achieving 4th place in pitching the innovation among 12 teams. Sukit proposed "Mhor-Kra-Pao", a healthcare device for empowering rural volunteers, using machine learning based on Edge-AI devices. Sukit also empathized with villagers in Nan, Thailand to resolve genuine rural healthcare issues and created a scalable business model. In 2022, Sukit joined SCB Abacus as a Data Scientist and Data Scientist Intern.
Sukit Meeprasertsagool's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Chulalongkorn University from 2018 to 2022, and a High School Diploma from Triam Udom Suksa School.
