Duovany NGALLY MIMBIANG has a diverse work experience in the field of cyber security, cloud computing, and critical information infrastructure protection.

Duovany NGALLY worked as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO/RSSI) at SCB Cameroun from May 2023 onwards.

Prior to that, they worked at BANGE BANK CAMEROUN as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from January 2023 to May 2023.

From June 2018 to January 2023, they held various roles at UBA Group including Head IT Risk, Engineer IT & Digital Banking Control, and IT Security Engineer & Digital Banking Control. In these roles, they focused on security assessment, quality assurance, digital banking control, revenue insurance, user access management, IT security, and control.

Before joining UBA Group, they served as an IT Manager at Hotel Merina, GROUPE SAVIS from March 2018 to May 2023.

From March 2015 to May 2023, they worked as the Head Security of Information Systems at POLYTECH-VALOR/MEGASOFT. Duovany NGALLY'sresponsibilities included IT security development, project engineering, implementation of business continuity plans, installation and management of projects such as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and training of staff in computer security.

Duovany NGALLY has also obtained certifications in cyber security, cloud computing, and critical information infrastructure protection from Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation in June 2017.

In addition, they have previous work experience as an Informaticien et Enquêteur LQAS at OMS from January 2015 to September 2015, and as an Informaticien at IUCN from January 2013 to September 2015.

Duovany NGALLY gained practical experience as a Stagiaire Ingénieur Sécurité des Systèmes d'Informations at Koossery Technology CMR in July 2014.

Furthermore, they worked as a Stagiaire Ingénieur Réseau et Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information at Ministere des postes et des télécommunications (MINPOSTEL) from June 2014 to September 2014, where they focused on the implementation of collaborative server and security policies deployment.

Duovany NGALLY MIMBIANG began their education at Universite de yaounde 1 in 2009, where they obtained a DEUG in Mathematics. Duovany NGALLY then attended ECOLE NATIONALE SUPEREURE POLYTECHNIQUE de Maroua from 2011 to 2013 and obtained a degree in INGENIEUR DES TRAVAUX, specializing in INFORMATIQUE ET TELECOMMUNICATIONS OPTION ADMINISTRATION SYSTEME, RESEAUX ET SECURITE INFORMATIQUE.

In 2014 and 2015, Duovany NGALLY MIMBIANG attended ECOLE NATIONALE SUPEREURE POLYTECHNIQUE de Maroua again, this time earning a degree in INGENIEUR DE CONCEPTION, with a focus on CRYPTOGRAPHIE ET SECURITE INFORMATIQUE. During the same period, they also pursued a certificate in Cryptography from Coursera.

In terms of additional certifications, Duovany NGALLY MIMBIANG obtained a CISSP certification in January 2016, through self-study with (ISC)². Duovany NGALLY also obtained a CISA certification in January 2015 through self-study, and a CEH certification in March 2013 through self-study. Although they have listed a CISCO certification and CISM certification, it is unclear when or where they obtained these certifications.
