Kate Roberts

Kate Roberts is currently the Company Secretary and General Counsel at Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc. Prior to this, Kate held various legal positions including General Counsel and Company Secretary at Telethon Kids Institute, Legal Counsel at RAC WA, and Legal Associate at Ludlow Legal Pty Ltd. Kate also has experience as a Solicitor at Legal and Commerical Solutions, Contract Negotiator at Credit Suisse, and ISDA Negotiator at Morgan Stanley. Kate holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Arts / Laws degree from Deakin University, with a background in Musical Theatre from West Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).
