Carlos has extensive legal experience in the telecoms, infrastructure, and real estate sectors, having held senior positions at Elite Mobile, Blaser Mills Law, Cornerstone, Fieldfisher, Squire Patton Boggs, Eversheds Sutherland, and Burges Salmon LLP throughout a career spanning over two decades.
