Rebecca Haggerty, MA, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Rebecca Haggerty, MA, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at the University of Scranton as an Assistant Dean for Assessment & Programs / Maguire Scholarship Mentor and an Adjunct Faculty Member. During this time, they were also a member of the Office of Educational Assessment, College of Arts and Sciences' Curriculum and Assessment Committee, The Commencement Speaker & Honorary Degree Committee, and Community Colleagues Committee. In 2010, they became the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Marley's Mission, a place that provides free Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy to children who have experienced trauma. From 2013 to present, they have been a Professional Recruiting / Management Consultant at SCE Environmental Group, Inc. Rebecca has also been a member of the HR Board Committee at EOTC since 2009.

Rebecca Haggerty holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of Scranton, a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from St. Joseph's University. Rebecca is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR Certified) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a Soceity for Human Resource Managment - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by SHRM.
