Nathan Keighley

Nathan Keighley has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nathan currently works as a Lead Talent Partner at Scede, where they collaborate with tech companies and game studios to assist them in achieving their hiring goals. Prior to this, Nathan served as a Talent Acquisition Lead at CloudNC, where they contributed to the automation of manufacturing processes. Nathan also worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at WeTransfer, a file transfer service, through their partnership with Scede. Nathan has experience in IT recruitment from their time at Vitality, where they were responsible for hiring IT professionals across various departments. In addition, they have expertise in recruitment for the financial services industry, obtained through their role as a Data Specialist, Business Analyst, and Project Management Recruiter at Caspian One. Nathan began their career in recruitment as an onsite recruiter at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank.

Nathan Keighley attended Blandford School from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Music Theory and Composition. In 2021, they obtained a certification in the "Start Your Talent Insights Journey Assessment" from LinkedIn.
