Timothy Good is an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in Retail, Commercial, and Residential construction. Currently serving at Scenic Ridge Company since January 2022, Timothy oversees project management and estimating across various construction sectors. Prior to this role, Timothy worked as a Project Manager at CH+N Site Construction, focusing on residential and commercial sitework, and spent 15 years at B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc., where responsibilities included managing significant projects and contributing to safety and wellness committees. Timothy's early career included roles in CAD-based estimating and sales engineering, supporting the poultry and egg handling industries. Timothy holds an Associate Specialized Technology degree in Mechanical Drafting & Design from Lincoln Tech and a diploma in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies from Pequea Valley.
