Kim Polakoff

Kim Polakoff is a seasoned luxury real estate agent at Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, with a focus on helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams along the beaches of Northwest Florida since August 2011. Previous experience includes roles as a real estate agent at 30A Resorts and as a real estate sales agent at Roebuck Auctions, where Kim specialized in property auction marketing. Kim also owned the Natural Body Day Spa in Sandy Springs from 1997 to 2006 and worked as a video technician for Avid Technology, demonstrating video systems to broadcast stations in the southeastern US. Earlier career experience includes video editing for Turner Broadcasting System, where Kim contributed to in-house promotions and news programming. Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
