Aaron McClendon

Aaron McClendon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and strategic initiatives. As a director and founding team member at Newco since May 2022, Aaron has contributed to the growth of a diverse family of consumer brands, including Starface and Futurewise. Additionally, Aaron serves as an advisor to Scent Lab and an investor in Ordo, a K-12 lunch marketplace. Previous roles include director of strategic initiatives at Starface World, Julie Products Inc., Futurewise, and Blip, as well as work as an entrepreneur-in-residence and investor at Detroit Venture Partners. Aaron's early career included advisory positions at Sweet and participation as a fellow at Venture for America, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and academic experience at Paderborn University.
