Julie Ann VanDoren

Julie Ann VanDoren is the current VP of Operations at Scentbird. Julie has over 17 years of experience in leadership roles in manufacturing and operations. Julie started their career as a Director of Quality Control at LePapillon LTD in 2001. In 2008, they were promoted to Director of Operations. Julie was responsible for leading a post-merger integration and consolidation, migrating five disparate platforms to a single ERP, and capturing $500K in savings in a corporate restructuring and relocation. In 2010, they joined JVD Consulting Services as an Operations Consultant. In March 2010, they joined Arcade Beauty as Vice President of Manufacturing. Julie was responsible for directing all manufacturing operations, including product development, facilities, production, supply chain and quality for the Arcade Beauty / LePapillon / Bioplan family of companies. Julie successfully improved initiatives that cut costs, increased throughput, enhanced quality and grew sales and profitability. Julie played a key role in several acquisitions and post-merger integrations, as well restructuring programs. Notable achievements include:

* Migrated five disparate platforms to single ERP.

* Captured $500K in savings in a corporate restructuring & relocation.

* Leveraged Lean Manufacturing to engineer a P&L turnaround.

Julie Ann VanDoren has a Master of Science from Thomas Jefferson University in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in Medical Technology.
