Paola Poole

Paola Poole has a strong background in the beauty and fragrance industry, with over 20 years of experience. Paola most recently served as the Director of Business Development and Merchandising at Scentbird starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Shiseido Americas Corporation from 2017 to 2020 as a Key Account Manager, responsible for managing and developing accounts including Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue, and more.

From 2007 to 2016, Paola worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Lead Planner and Planner in the Aramis and Designer Fragrances Division. During this time, they managed a portfolio of luxury fragrance brands.

Paola also has experience at Bloomingdale's, where they served as a Merchandise Planner and Special Projects Consultant from 2004 to 2007, and as a Merchandise Planner focusing on Men's Trends and Premium Denim from 2001 to 2004.

Earlier in their career, they held roles at LVMH as the Director of Marketing/Parfums Givenchy, World Duty Free Group as a Fragrance Buyer, and Bloomingdale's as a Buyer for Cosmetic Color and Treatment as well as Women's Fragrances.

Paola Poole completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing/International Business from the NYU Stern School of Business. Paola obtained additional certifications including "Online Marketing Foundations" from LinkedIn in July 2020, "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls" from LinkedIn in April 2020, and "Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
