Thomas Kroo

Thomas Kroo has over 15 years of work experience in various roles, starting from their internship at Commonwealth Bank of Australia in 2004. Thomas then worked as an Economic Consultant at Advanced Fuel Research, Inc. in 2004 before joining the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program as a Coordinator for International Relations from 2005 to 2008. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Associate at The Hartford. In 2011, they joined Sanyo as a Sourcing Coordinator, responsible for purchasing materials and coordinating with engineering staff. Thomas then moved to Panasonic USA in the same year, where they worked as a Sales & Marketing Specialist, managing production, sales, and inventory for major accounts. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Operations Manager at Panasonic, overseeing sales and business operations for the Commercial Refrigeration Business Unit. Since 2017, they have been working at SCENTCO, INC. and has held the positions of Operations Manager and currently, Director of Operations.

Thomas Kroo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from UCL, from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they obtained certifications in Contract Management from San Diego State University in June 2016 and as an ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Internal Auditor from BSI in November 2013.
